Position Summary

As a Vehicle Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the vehicles in the prep centre. To be successful, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, be passionate about cars, and have a flair for crafting compelling adverts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Preparation:
  • Inspect incoming vehicles for damage or defects and communicating the details to the technicians
  • Verify vehicle specifications against documentation
  • Prepare vehicles for sale by organising returns
  • Preparing V5 documentation
  • Chasing outstanding documents
  • Creating service histories
  • Advertise vehicles using appropriate channels.
  • Perform general office administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Merchandiser who has worked in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to create suitable adverts for the vehicles
  • Proficiency in IT using MS Office Packages
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 Point
