A client within the private sector is currently recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a residential surveying environment.+The RoleKey purpose of the role  it to provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market-leading iPad technology, while maintaining professionalism and autonomy in managing your workload.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Delivering timely and accurate property reports for residential valuations
  • Managing your geographical area and ensuring strong relationships with residents
  • Introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery
  • Acting as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining high service standards
  • Adapting to changing business needs and fostering client relationships
The CandidateTo be considered for this role you will require:
  • RICS Accreditation (essential)
  • Experience in residential surveying (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent report writing skill
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
  • Proficiency with iPad technology for property inspections
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage workload autonomously
