Job Description:
We are looking to hire2-3 experienced Groundworkerson a 12-week temp to perm based in Rugby CV23. The successful candidates will be involved in general groundworks, including site preparation and maintenance, General structures as well as civils and finishing.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in construction to contribute to a busy and dynamic site.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar ground working role, civil and general structures.
- Skilled in fencing, paving, concrete laying, kerbing, drainage, Monoblock installation, tar laying, brick laying, and general site works.
- A flexible working attitude with strong time management skills and the ability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in using mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones.
- Comfortable using emails and other computer systems.
- Ability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota on a rotational basis.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS card
- Orange PPE (essential)
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in groundworks preferred
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (overtime Hours Available)
- Paid Hours: 8 per day
