About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team at a customer site in Rugby. This role involves maintaining and repairing cutting-edge automation equipment within a fast-paced fulfilment centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on automated machinery.
  • Carry out scheduled repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations.
  • Diagnose and prioritise system faults efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality output and accurate record-keeping.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in maintaining technical systems in a production environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Recognised trade qualification.
  • Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • IPAF Training (MEWPS).
  • PASMA Training (Scaffold Towers).
