Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for an experienced, bespoke bench joiner to join our esteemed client at their workshop in Rugby. Specialising in bespoke shopfitting and joinery in workshops fitted out with the latest equipment. They specialise in one off commission and have a full design capability in-house that enables to respond quickly to clients' needs.

Bench Joiner Duties:
- Craft high-quality bespoke joinery products such as: roofs, walls, railing, screening, staircases, furniture, seating and general joinery items
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and form parts and components
- Inspect dimensions and alignments of assemblies, using measuring instruments
- Fit and assemble components to form complete units or sub units
- Finish surfaces of woodwork, using paint, hand tools, and panelling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Bench Joiner Requirements:
- CNC operating experience (not essential just desirable)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bench joinery
- City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in Joinery
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Bench Joiner Additional Information:
- 15.60 an hour
- 39 hours a week, but can do overtime, 46 hours maximum a week
- Temporary to Permanent role for the right candidate
