Job Role: CNC Miller Programmer
Location: Rugby
Shift: Days- 7:30am - 16:45 (Monday-Thursday) 7:30-12:30 (Friday)
Salary: 35,000 - 37,000

CNC Miller Position
The business is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious CNC Miller Programmer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual looking for a new career challenge and the chance to work with a highly regarded precision engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines.
- Proficient in Heidenhain control systems.
- Handle offline and online programming tasks.
- Operate 4-axis milling machines.
- Work independently and manage own workload.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
The Candidate
- At least 10 years of experience in CNC milling
- Organized, efficient, and able to work to high standards.
- Knowledge of Mastercam
- Fanuc Controls
- Knowledge of Fanuc Controls and Mill
