Aerospace Production Operatives 4 on 4 off
Night Shift 6pm - 6am
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm

We are looking for 3 x experienced production operatives who can use precision measuring instruments for a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is an active, manual, standing role where you operate special machinery used to produce aerospace products, you could be setting and loading a paint straying machine, working with CNC, performing visual inspection or using mics & verniers.
The shift is 6 - 6 working 4 on / 4 off on a fixed night shift however you will train on days (6am - 6pm) for approx. 2 months before switching to nights (and you must switch).
This is a nice role working for a very busy company who have lots of worth, offer a nice career ladder to climb and pay extremely well.
To be considered - you NEED to be confident with precision measuring instruments, have some machine operating experience, be fully fluent in written / spoken English and be fully numerate.

This role offers you:
- £17.43 p/hour when on night shift (£16.04 when training on days)
- Average of 42 hours paid per week (weekly average over 12 months)
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
