We are looking for 2 x experienced machine operators who can commit to a night shift within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a role working 4 on / 4 off and 6 - 6 so 12-hour shifts.
You will be setting up high-speed production machinery, using precision measuring instruments such as mics or verniers and working with both quality & production targets.
You will be loading and unloading machinery, following written instructions & following engineering drawings.
This is a fixed night shift; however, you will be trained on days which is again 6 - 6 working 4 on / 4 off until ready to switch to nights.
To be considered - you MUST have some machine setting / operating experience, be able to use precision instruments and be flexible enough to work the shift pattern without issue.
