Machine Operator (Night Shift)
6pm - 6am 4 days on / 4 days off (all 7 days of the week are working days)
Rugby
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
£17.43 p/hour + OT + 2 x Annual Performance Bonuses
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN A MACHINE OEPRATOR ROLE AND A SOLID CV - ALSO PLEASE NOTE THE SHIFT PATTERN - THIS CANNOT BE CHANGED.
We are looking for several experienced Machine Operatives who have both a solid CV showing commitment to an employer and either experience or an interest in aerospace for a client in Rugby.
This is role working with large scale production machinery designed to perform a specific function such as heat treatment, chemically coating, painting, grinding or grooving.
This is a role working with metal and you will need a superb eye for detail as quality is everything.
The machinery varies in speed, but you will be expected to load, unload, operate, set (with training) and work with specific order paperwork.
THE SHIFT IS 4 DAYS ON / 4 DAYS OFF WORKING 6PM - 6AM BUT PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT ALL 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK ARE WORKING DAYS WHEN YOU WORK 4 ON / 4 OFF.
What skills / experience is needed:
- A CV showing commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months).
- At least 12 months machine operating experience (not food production)
- Fully numerate and literate.
- Physically fit.
- Positive, upgrade and friendly attitude.
- Someone who is local to the Rugby area.
- Ideally an interest in precision engineering.
This role offers you:

- 42 hours on average per week (based on the shift pattern annualised)
