I am looking for a Repairs Team Leader, to join a Social Housing organisation in East Warwickshire. The Repairs Team Leader will be responsible for a team of Trades operatives and surveyors carrying out repairs. This is a 3 month contract
Repairs Team Leader duties:
- Manage the day to day delivery functions of the repairs service, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner, capturing costs and optimising incomes.
- Oversee a team of 5 trades operatives and 5 Surveyors.
- Responsibility for responding to complaints and enquiries from customers.
- Carry out Post inspections
- Sign off on Major repairs works.
What is required for the role:
- Previous experience as a line manager, overseeing trades staff in a construction setting
- Experience working within social housing repairs
- Awareness of Health and Safety legislations
