Project Manager

Our local authority client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team and lead property-related projects focusing on decarbonisation for the housing stock and corporate properties. You'll drive the Corporate and Asset Management Strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver decarbonisation projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project documents: initiation, briefs, plans, and risk registers.
• Manage contractors and internal teams for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure high-quality contract management and procurement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Conduct project feasibilities and option appraisals.
• Organize project management meetings and report on individual projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing property and construction projects up to £2M.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in construction.
• Degree or HNC/HND in construction or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
• Willingness to study for a CIH Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
