Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can commit to a full time, temp 2-perm role at a busy window manufacturing company in Rugby. This is an office-based role where you receive inbound calls from business customers or tenants give status of orders, manage diaries, book installation or repair work, update a computer system and work with excel.

It is a fast-paced role working with a small but close-knit team.

Its Monday - Friday and strictly office based (hybrid does not work for this company).

So what would I be doing?

  • Processing incoming orders into the system
  • Diary management- such as booking out engineers
  • Responding to emails
  • Speaking to customers
  • Some accounts duties
  • General Customer Service
  • Answering incoming phone calls
