Manpower is exclusively representing Zeiss to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team at the Rugby location. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a global leader in precision technology, providing essential support to customers and internal teams across a variety of technical services.

As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient customer demonstrations, overseeing calibration processes, and managing first-line support for both Applications and Service teams. You'll be working closely with account managers, engineers, and customers to ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Demonstration Coordination: You will be the primary point of contact for account management and pre-sales teams, managing customer demonstration requests and coordinating with engineers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Equipment Calibration: Oversee the entire calibration process, including monitoring due dates, generating quotations, and liaising with customers for scheduling and invoicing.
  • 1st Line Support: Take charge of the inbound ticket process, working closely with engineers to triage and resolve technical issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to other departments when required and cover other office functions during periods of absence.
