- Order processing
- Prepare detailed quotations for orders
- Raise all necessary documentation
- Create customer accounts on the in-house system
- Amend customer details
- General customer service and other ad-hoc duties
Essential skills and experience required for a Customer Service Administrator:
- Customer service experience
- Clear and strong communicator
- Must be a team player
- Possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong and clear verbal and written English
