Customer Service Coordinator

Our client based in Rugby, is seeking a Customer focused individual to join their busy team. This is a fast-paced role involving problem solving and quick thinking.

Duties:

  • Receiving and logging hi-volume calls from drivers who have broken down
  • Proactively liaising with dealers and customers
  • Source and negotiate solutions to resolve cases
  • Monitor the quality of cases and identify corrective action where appropriate
  • Supporting the Help Desk

Person Spec:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to pick up systems and processes with ease
  • Customer focused with a logical approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Able to 'think on your feet'
  • Superb communication skills
  • Must possess a positive and pro-active attitude
