Internal Technical Sales Executive, Rugby
Salary 30,000 - 35,000 per annum
Responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Supporting External Sales Teams and customers whilst ensuring our high-quality products meet customer and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting External Sales
Offering excellent Customer Services to Customers
Responsible for technical customer sales and providing tailored solutions
Develop relationships with key accounts and suppliers
Prepare accurate quotations ensuring technical and commercial viability
Sales order processing
Evaluate customer sales orders
Ability to create and interpret 2D & 3D CAD drawings to support customer requirements
Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints proactively
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Skills required
Experience in technical sales, customer service, or account management
Preference given to those with a background within Engineering/Manufacturing
Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD drawings
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset
