Our very friendly membership client in Rugby is seeking a proactive, customer focussed individual to join their busy team.
Main tasks:
- Providing guidance and support to their members
- Assist applicants on their on line portal
- Advise on membership benefits
- Liaising with members via email, phone, chat
- Managing the application process through CRM, portals and other systems
- Production of of data for analysis
- Production of reports
Person Spec:
- Educated to secondary level education including English and Mathematics
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft Applications)
- Previous CRM experience essential
- Quick to pick up new systems and processes
- A proactive learner
- Strong attention to detail with an excellent level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills via email, video calls, telephony, web chat
- The ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines
Desirable:
- Business process experience
- Experience of SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience of working for a membership/volunteers
