Are you super organised, detail-oriented, and looking to be part of a friendly and hard-working team? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and efficient Office Administrator to help keep our client’s operations running smoothly.

As part of our client’s small but committed team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day office administration, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly approach

Carrying out referencing and credit checks.

Setting up new tenancies and monitoring key dates to ensure compliance.

Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Managing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Ensuring all office admin is completed on time and to a high standard.

Occasionally assisting with external tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Organisation skills - you love a to-do list and keeping things on track.

Great communication - both written and verbal.

Attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role.

Time management - able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel & Word.
