Winner Recruitment, a leading national recruitment agency, is seeking multiple Account Coordinators/Resourcers for their Driving Division in Rugby Town Centre.
Candidates should have experience in recruitment and be comfortable with legal requirements in the UK logistics industry.
The position offers a salary package with a competitive bonus scheme and genuine career progression opportunities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, with some on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.
Applicants should have a track record of success in customer service and mass recruitment, with a minimum of one year of experience required.

Winner are on the way up & with a state of the art new branch in the heart of Rugby Town Centre we are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional to take over the day to day management of our large volume client.

Driving Recruitment

Transport Division where have our own trucks

Winner driving have grown from strength to strength with a GP of over £1m in Q1 2024

You will be working with an established team with a track record of success which will provide a great support network
You will be working 0800 – 1600 Monday – Friday with some oncall at evenings & Weekends
You will be comfortable with legal requirements of working in the UK & the logistics industry.
You understand what good customer service looks like
You will be confortable with mass recruitment
