We’re working in conjunction with an award-winning hotel agency who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their forward-thinking and exciting team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with experience in identifying market opportunities and expanding client relationships to achieve results. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to interact professionally with directors, colleagues, and clients. Previous experience in digital products or hospitality is preferred but not required. The successful candidate is expected to commit long-term to the role and company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial performance to develop cost-cutting strategies and enhance future revenue.
  • Conduct market research to discover new opportunities and collaborate with executives to create pursuit strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on client leads.

Requirements

  • Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail!
  • Able to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed
