The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN students, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
  • Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
