Our mission is to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN students, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
- Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
