L3 Teaching Assistant

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including those with SEN, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed in a mainstream classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.Supporting students with classroom activities, ensuring they stay engaged and on task.Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure individual learning plans are effectively implemented.Monitoring and reporting on student progress.Requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.Experience supporting SEN children in a mainstream school setting.Confidence in supporting both KS1 and KS2 pupils.Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).Up-to-date safeguarding training.Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive attitude.What We Offer:A full-time role in a welcoming and inclusive school community.An opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children.Competitive pay based on experience.Supportive staff and ongoing professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Interviews are happening now!
