Do you have experience in electrical design engineer with a background in the pharmaceutical industry, looking to join a leading project engineering company?

Would you like to work on exciting projects for companies including Pfizer, GSK and AstraZeneca where you will engineer high quality products to solve manufacturing challenges?

The company have built up extensive experience within project engineering over the past 25 years, working with large blue-chip organisations to design and develop solutions to assist in the production of pharmaceuticals.

On a daily basis your time will be split between designing in the workshop and on site carrying out surveys, installations and commissioning for clients both in the UK and abroad. You will provide engineering expertise and liaise with clients to produce design solutions and electrical schematics.

The Role:

  • Carrying out on site installations, surveys and commissioning
  • Producing design solutions including electrical schematics, control panel testing, developing PLC and HMI control software
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and design engineers to ensure systems and equipment are installed according to project requirements
  • Provide site supervision for contractors
  • 30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 3.30pm Friday

The Person:

  • Higher National Diploma or Relevant Degree
  • AutoCAD
  • Experience in the scientific, food or pharmaceutical industries
  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Driving Licence
