About the Role We are seeking skilled Electrical Assemblers to join our client's team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assembling high-quality electrical components for a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
- Diagnose and resolve assembly or wiring issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role.
- Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Competitive hourly pay of £22.11 per hour.
- Consistent working schedule: Monday to Thursday, 39 hours per week.
