We are looking for an electrical maintenance supervisor to join our team of 15 technicians at our heavy manufacturing facility in Rugby.   • The role is a largely hands off role, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns.
  • Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site
  • Delegate day to day working responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work.
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence across the site.

Experience Required

  • Electrical bias is essential for this role
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
  • Prior maintenance supervisors experience in a senior/lead role
