We are looking for an electrical maintenance supervisor to join our team of 15 technicians at our heavy manufacturing facility in Rugby. We employ 30,000 people worldwide and have an annual turnover of over £10 billion.   • The role is a largely hands off role, roughly 80% hands off with 20% hands on work when getting involved on major breakdowns.
  • Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site
  • Delegate day to day working responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors including issuing permits to work.
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence across the site.

Experience Required

  • Electrical bias is essential for this role
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
  • Prior maintenance supervisors experience in a senior/lead role
