We are looking for 3 x experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives who can commit to a full-time role at busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a clean room environment were you assembly electrical control systems for high end laser systems. You will be following diagrams, handling circuits, wiring, crimping, soldering along with some mechanical work such as building frames or cooling systems.

Some of the products are very small, you will be using some small tools and there is extremely high-quality standard to hit.

Its Monday - Friday working a fixed day shift of 0830 - 1730 (with an early Friday finish)

What skills are needed for guarantee an interview?

• At least 2 years solid electrical assembly experience (not just PCB work - you need to have completed full assembly).
• Super strong wiring, crimping and soldering skills (there will be a trade test).
• CV showing commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months).
• Located within a realistic daily distance to Rugby.
• Positive, friendly and someone with a strong worth ethic.
