The Company:

Our client is an independent company dedicated to providing spectacular brand experiences, in person, hybrid and digital events for some of the world's leading brands.

They are looking for an experienced Exhibitions Project Manager with design and build experience.

Are you an experienced exhibitions project manager looking to join a successful business, or a graduate who is interested in a PM role and is open to international travel, if so I want to hear from you!

The Candidate:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, XL and Word
  • Previous experience within exhibition builds environment
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related Field
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Possess good time management.
  • Experience with international travel is preferred

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Project Management- Leading all aspects of the projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Preparing comprehensive project costs estimates
  • Working closely with Clients to understand their requirements and objects
  • Identifying and liaising with appropriate suppliers, contractors and designers and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment for a successful execution of exhibition projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing concerns that may arise throughout the project cycle.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to oversee exhibition projects and meet clients.
