Position: 360 Operator
Location: Rugby
Contract Type: 6 month contract
Salary: 21-22 per hour
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated 360 Operator to join our team in Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360-degree excavator on-site, performing muck shifts, bulk earthworks, and filling dumpers. The ideal candidate will have a valid Blue CPCS ticket and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on various construction sites.
- Perform muck shift and bulk earthworks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Fill dumpers and ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CPCS ticket for 360 excavator operation.
- Proven experience as a 360 Operator in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility to work various hours as needed on-site.
