Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated 360 Operator to join our team in Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360-degree excavator on-site, performing muck shifts, bulk earthworks, and filling dumpers. The ideal candidate will have a valid Blue CPCS ticket and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on various construction sites.
  • Perform muck shift and bulk earthworks as directed by the site supervisor.
  • Fill dumpers and ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • Valid Blue CPCS ticket for 360 excavator operation.
  • Proven experience as a 360 Operator in a construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various hours as needed on-site.
