Afternoon Production Operative
1500 - 0100 Mon - Thur
£13.00 p/hour (OT paid at £19.50 p/hour)
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
Starting Monday 6th January
We are looking for 6 x experienced Machine Operators who can commit to a fixed afternoon shift within a busy production company in Rugby.
This is a busy role where you play a part in the manufacturing process for UPVC windows. You will be working with tape measures, band saws, hand tools, and following written instructions.
Yes - there will be manual handling and production targets to hit.
It's a long-term role working within a medium-sized business with a huge amount of work, so there is real job security on offer.
It's Monday - Thursday working 1500 - 0100, so 4 x 10-hour shifts.
To be considered - you NEED to be local to Rugby, confident with tape measures, and have some machine operating experience but NOT food production machinery as it's completely different.
This role offers you:
- £13.00 p/hour
- £19.50 p/hour for OT.
- 40 hours paid per week as standard.
