Full Time - Temp 2 Perm

We are looking for several factory production operatives who are confident with hand / power tools and can read a tape measure for a busy client in the Rugby area.

This is a full time, temp 2 perm role where you play a part in the assembly of composite fire doors on a production line. You will be standing, moving materials, screwing in hinges, cutting materials to size and working with production targets.

There will be manual handling, and you will be working within a fairly loud factory but there is ear protectors provided.

Its full time and it's a role that will turn permanent.

This role offers you:

• £12.60 p/hour
• Overtime paid at £18.90 p/hour.
• 40 hours paid per week.
• Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.

In order to be considered, you MUST:

• Have some experience working within production environments (NOT food production)
• Confident with hand / power tools and tape measures.
• Good eye for detail.
• Confident with manual handling.
• Reliable and a person with a good strong work ethic.
• Not be surgically attached to your mobile phone
