Are you an experienced Corporate Tax professional ready to lead, influence, and bring real value to a firm and its clients? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Corporate Tax Senior Manager role within a progressive professional services firm, working with a high-quality client base and a clear path to Director - and potentially Partner - level for the right individual. With a strong pipeline of advisory work and ambitious growth plans, the firm is looking for someone who can step into a strategic role-guiding a team, building relationships, and delivering insight-led solutions that go beyond compliance. Your role will include:

  • Leading the review of complex Corporation Tax computations and returns across a diverse portfolio
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic tax planning and commercial solutions
  • Taking the lead on tax advisory projects, working closely with Directors and Partners
  • Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, creating a culture of learning and progression
  • Managing client communications, HMRC interactions, and technical tax matters with confidence
  • Driving profitability across your portfolio through effective WIP and fee management
  • Representing the firm with prospective clients and contributing to its ongoing growth

What you bring to the table:

  • ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification with substantial post-qualification experience
  • A track record of managing a client portfolio and leading teams within tax
  • Strong advisory experience and a commercial mindset
  • A collaborative leadership style and desire to develop others
  • Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ambition to progress to Director or Partner
