FINANCE MANAGER Urgently required by my Rugby based client.
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Finance Manager with my client based in Rugby. This is an interim position expected to last until the end of February 2025, hybrid working is available.
The role involves reporting to the Financial Controller and overseeing a team of three Finance Assistants and one Payroll Administrator. Strong organizational skills, a focused and flexible attitude, and a proven track record in Management Accounting are essential for this role.
Main duties include but not exhaustive to
Monthly Management Accounts
Month End Journals
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Assisting the Financial Controller with Budgeting and Forecasting
Overview their Outsourced Payroll
Quarterly VAT Returns
Preparation of Several Cashflow Forecasts
Oversee all Transactional Reporting including AP, AR and Credit Control.
Reconcile Aged Debtor Reports
Liaise with Auditors
FINANCE MANAGER would perfectly suit candidates who have experience of working within SME businesses, the role is open for applicants who hold professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW, equally candidates are very welcome to apply who are Qualified by Experience. QBE.

The role of FINANCE MANAGER offers a day rate between £153.00 to £200.00 daily depending on experience.
