Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for a 6-month project in Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers to cut, trim, and stockpile materials as part of our site development operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently to perform cutting, trimming, and stockpiling tasks.
- Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Follow site plans and specifications to ensure accuracy in operations.
- Collaborate with site management and other operators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance of equipment.
- Report any issues or incidents to site supervisors promptly.
- Valid dozer operator certification or relevant experience.
- Proven experience operating bulldozers in construction or earthmoving.
- Strong understanding of site safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Start date: Monday
- The role requires flexibility in hours and a commitment to working the full 6-month duration.
