We are seeking a well organised individual to join our team as a transport clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, possess strong data entry skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Due to the location, you will need your own transport. This is an immediate start so you must be available to start asap and have no notice period.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Main responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
- Inputting trailer numbers
- Brief & debrief agency drivers
- Photocopying driving licences
- Downloading tacho cards
- Data entry
- Check accuracy of drivers paperwork
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Able to cope in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level if I.T
