We are looking for an experienced machine operator who can work with precision instruments to work within a busy site in the Rugby area.
This is a fixed night shift working 4 on / 4 off 6 - 6 but you will be trained on days for approx. 2 months (again on 6 -6).
You will be learning how to operate machinery used to either paint, chemically coat or finish off precision aerospace components.
You will be setting up the machinery, loading, unloading, performing quality checking and following very specific instructions.
Quality is everything so it's about working with precision and hitting production targets.
This is a full-time role that will lead to a permanent placement within a very busy, cash rich company.
To be considered - you MUST be local to Rugby, confident with precision measuring instruments and have a solid CV showing commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months).
