We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Warwickshire. This is an ongoing contract, on a self employed basis for a minimum of 3 months

The Carpenter Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skill set, which should include:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Other trades you are competent in

I am looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has their own van
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

23 per hour
Fuel Expenses covered
40 hours per week on a long term contract (minimum 12 weeks)
Work Centralised betweel Leamington Spa & Rugby
