- To deliver Construction / Dry Lining training to learners, leading them to acquire a CSCS card.
- Support learners with Functional Skills, Digital Skills, and Personal Development.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience within Dry Lining / Construction trades.
- Must hold own Level 3 qualification within Dry Lining and/or Brickwork.
- Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (not essential as training is provided)
- Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
- Experience of providing on-the-job training within the workplace to Apprentices/colleagues.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
