We are recruiting for a Publishing Admin Support position on behalf of our client, where you’ll play a key role in organising and managing vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The Role:

As a Publishing Admin Support, your duties will include:

  • Verifying that all vehicle documents are complete and accurate for each vehicle.
  • Scanning and filing vehicle documents into the system.
  • Preparing document folders for each vehicle.
  • Ensuring vehicle documents are organised and placed in the appropriate vehicle folder.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
