QSHE ManagerRugbyUp to £87,000Full-time Monday - Friday We’re looking for an experienced QSHE Manager to take the lead in driving quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across our operations. If you’re passionate about making workplaces safer, improving quality processes, and ensuring environmental responsibility, this is your chance to make a real difference.About the Role:As a QSHE Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to maintain high standards and drive initiatives that enhance performance and sustainability.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the implementation of quality, food safety, and health & safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Driving improvements in key areas such as reducing consumer complaints and improving workplace safety.
  • Managing and developing site-based QSHE teams, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Overseeing audits and maintaining accreditations for third-party standards like ISO, BRC, and AIB.
  • Identifying risks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practices to continuously improve our QSHE performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a QSHE Manager in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of QSHE management systems such as HACCP, ISO 9001/22000, and BRC.
  • Experience working in food or beverage manufacturing processes
  • Leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Quality & Food Safety qualifications such as Advanced HACCP and Lead Auditor.
  • Safety qualifications including NEBOSH or IOSH.
