Sales Support Executive -Full-time
Pay: From 30,000 - 35,000per year. Negotiable depending on experience level
Shift:
8-hour shift, 8:30 am to 4:30pm (Hours subject to change depending on role needs upon date of hire)

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. My client is a growing business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level.
Day To Day Duties:
- Handle inbound / outbound phone activity to assist architects, designers, custom home builders, general contractors, and building material distributors with consultative feedback on their relevant projects
- Provide customers with technical product knowledge and upsell them on our product offerings and end-to-end custom solutions.
- Respond to customers inquiries about their order updates, lead times, and transit times.
- Work through any customer service related issues, such as product issues/damage, unsatisfactory turnaround times, transit damage, etc, all whilst being able to ensure the customer of a positive experience. You may work directly with the sales/production/transit team to identify issues and come up with solutions for the customer.
- Assist the inside sales team in qualifying all of the details of projects and orders and guide customers through the buying process
- Support generating quotes and review drawing documents as needed to finalise orders
