0730 - 1600 (switching to rotating 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 Mon - Fri after 3 weeks)
£13.35 p/hour (£11.75 p/hour + £1.61 shift allowance when rotating
Full Time - Long Term Temporary Contract
Starting ASAP (before Christmas ideally)
We are looking for experienced production machine operators to work a rotating morning / afternoon shift within a busy site in the Rugby area.
This is a role where you operate high speed machinery used to produce ceramics products, you will be loading, unloading, using some precision instruments to measure the products and following basic drawings.
It's a quality first approach to manufacturing and ceramics behaves different to metal so you need to great eye for detail.
This role starts off on a fixed days shift for approx. 2 weeks before them moving to a rotating morning / afternoon shift.
To be considered: you MUST be flexible enough to work the rotating shift, be local to Rugby, have some machine operating experience, a good eye for detail and be reliable.
This role offers you:
- £13.35 p/hour (when on shifts).
- 37 hours paid per week.
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
- Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
