Coba Education have a fantastic opportunity for General Cover Teachers looking to work in and around Warwickshire, to join our team. We work closely with  primary schools who are looking for cover teachers to work on a regular basis, either on a day to day, short term or long term capacity. We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious individuals, with a professional approach to their work.

Responsibilities:

As a General Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our primary schools. Your responsibilities will included

Delivering Engaging Lessons:

  • Conducting pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.

    Creating a Positive Learning Environment:
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Upholding high standards of behaviour management.

    Collaboration:
  • Working closely with other staff members to ensure effective education delivery.
  • Supporting the school’s commitment to student development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must hold UK qualified teacher status 
  • Experience working as a primary teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and engaging with primary-aged pupils.
