We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join one of our clients covering Warwickshire on a contract basis. You will be required to complete various residential repairs and maintenance groundwork on social housing properties
Overview for the role:
Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Warwickshire, West Midlands
Rate: £18 per hour
Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- Complete any repairs and maintenance ground work
- Complete various works including slabbing, fencing and brickwork
- Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised
- Aim for a first time fix on jobs provided
Requirements for Grounds Maintenance Operative role:
- NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or Building Maintenance
- Experience in chosen field
- Social Housing Experience
- Full UK Driving License
