Description

  • Lead and oversee HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the HR team across Payroll, L&D, ER and HR.
  • Manage employee relations, including complex casework and change management.
  • Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Drive HR policy development and implementation in line with best practices.
  • Oversee pay, reward, and performance management frameworks.
  • Support leadership teams in organisational development and cultural transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance.




Profile

  • Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HR Leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, project-focused environment.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in TUPE, restructuring, and HR transformation projects is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations, ER, and payroll functions.
  • Available immediately and open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
