Description
- Lead and oversee HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the HR team across Payroll, L&D, ER and HR.
- Manage employee relations, including complex casework and change management.
- Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
- Drive HR policy development and implementation in line with best practices.
- Oversee pay, reward, and performance management frameworks.
- Support leadership teams in organisational development and cultural transformation.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance.
Profile
- Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HR Leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, project-focused environment.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in TUPE, restructuring, and HR transformation projects is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations, ER, and payroll functions.
- Available immediately and open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
