Are you a Quality Assurance Manager or similar with a background in Health and Social Care, looking for an opportunity to drive quality and continuous improvement in a supportive, mission-driven environment?

You'll play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards, implementing best practices, and enhancing Quality Assurance systems. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have a significant impact on the quality of service provided.

In this role, you will not be in direct management of a team you will coordinate and lead quality initiatives across multiple locations, collaborating closely with service managers to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and a person-centered approach to care. You'll oversee incident reviews, quality inspections, and satisfaction surveys, all while mentoring and guiding teams to embed a culture of excellence.

This position would suit someone with a background in Quality Assurance or similar and Health and Social care who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and is eager to contribute to a highly regarded organization.

The Role:

  • Lead quality initiatives across sites
  • Train and support service teams
  • Monitor quality standards and compliance
  • Conduct audits and improvement plans
  • Report to senior leaders on best practices

The Person:

  • Health & Social Care background
  • Quality Assurance background
  • Must have an enhanced DBS
  • Knowledge of CQC standards
