Are you a Quality Assurance Manager or similar with a background in Health and Social Care, looking for an opportunity to drive quality and continuous improvement in a supportive, mission-driven charitable environment?

You'll oversee incident reviews, quality inspections, and satisfaction surveys, all while mentoring and guiding teams to embed a culture of excellence.

This position would suit someone with a background in Quality Assurance or similar and Health and Social care who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and is eager to contribute to a highly regarded organization.
