About the role

Joining us as an Administrator, you will provide administrative and PA support to managers and the wider team in timely fashion. You will organise and schedule appointments for the MSC Business IT Team and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

In this varied role, you will perform clerical duties such reporting on IT assets (Laptops, Mobiles), monitor compliance across Laptops/Desktops to ensure they are in-line with Cyber Essential and assist with invoice allocation and Purchase Order requests for payment of invoices. No two days are the same!

This is a hybrid role based in Rugby for the next 12 months with an upcoming office relocation to a new location located within 10 miles of Rugby.

About you

An effective administrator with proven experience within an Admin Support role or related field, you will be proficient in MS Office (in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and will be able to manage your time efficiently. Adaptable and analytical, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will ideally have experience in the following:

  • Technology Skills - proficiency if Office applications Like MS Office, email management and Excel.
  • Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in tasks, such as data entry, scheduling and document management
  • Problem Solving - ability to address and resolve issues efficiently
  • Multitasking - Handling Multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising in quality
  • Discretion and Confidentiality - managing sensitive information with care
  • Customer Service - Providing excellent service to clients and customers
  • Communication - Both Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Time Management - Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Team work - Collaborating effectively with other Team members
  • Organisation - keeping track of schedules file and documentation
