Experienced administrator to provide support to both our IT team and Admin team 16 hours per week.
The role will principally consist of supporting the IT team by completing repeatable documented processes. This will largely be setting up laptops and desktops within I.T. systems for our clients.
You do not need to be an IT technician, you just need to have attention to detail and the ability to follow process and documentation.
Other tasks may include telephone handling, providing excellent customer service and other administrative tasks as required by the company.
This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities
- To set up laptops or desktops by following our in-house process documents for our clients ensuring these are completed within the service level agreement (SLA). These may include additional requests for new equipment, you will be responsible for escalating these additional requests to the technical team.
- Maintain processing guides for the above, such that other members of the team can follow it in your absence.
- Answer and make telephone calls in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for arranging collection or delivery of devices/hardware requests.
- Supporting monthly stock check
- To act as backup when incoming calls are of high volume
- Perform any other admin tasks as directed by the company.
- Always maintain confidentiality.
Academic/Educational Requirement
- Educated to GSCE Level
Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to follow documented processes/guides and update as required.
- Demonstratable experience in managing their own workflow and ability to complete requirements within set timescales.
- Team player with ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
- Demonstratable confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: £23,809.50-£25,350 (£10,476 - £11,154 PTE)

Schedule:
- Weekdays, (Tuesday, Friday and one more to be decided)
- 16.5 hours (flexible hours between 9am - 5pm)
Holiday:
- 24 days plus English bank holidays (Pro rata). (rising after 5 years by 1 day.)
- 2 of those days to be taken between Christmas and New Year.
