2 x experienced electro-mechanical assembly operatives wanted for a busy electrical engineering company in Rugby.
This is a shop floor role where you wire up control systems, handle components, follow schematics, build looms and harnesses and build the electrical systems for laser systems.
It's clean and modern and you get to work on some of the latest technology.
It's NOT PCB assembly, there will be manual handling, and you may be asked to perform some mechanical assembly when needed.
It's full time working nice hours and this is a role that will switch to a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
To be considered - you MUST HAVE:
- A solid CV showing at least 2 year's experience within a similar electro-mechanical assembly role.
- Excellent crimping and soldering skills (there will be a trade test ).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Dexterous and able to deal with some very small crimps.
- Able to read electrical schematics.
- Be local to Rugby (we are NOT looking for re-locations or for candidates to perform extended daily commutes)
This role offers you:
- £28K p/year as a starting salary (£14.35 p/hour)
- Initially weekly pay via SolviT until you switch to a permanent contract.
